Biography

2022 Season:
Appeared in 9 of 11 games, throwing for 2,285 yards on 207 competitions with 20 TDs and 14 INTs. Lead the LSC in the regular season in passing TDs and average yards per game (253.9). Larsen would also run 43 times for 115 yards and 3 TDs.

2021 Season:
Appeared in WNMU's 10 of 11 games for the 2021 season, helping the Mustangs defeat Adams State for their season opener. Larsen threw for 2,642 yards, 19 TDs, and 15 interceptions … Had a 55.8 completion percentage (241-of-434) … At a passing rating of 114.5. Larsen led the LSC in completions (241), attempts (434), yards (2,642), touchdowns (19), and passing yards per game (264.2). Larsen was 30th in the NCAA for passing yards.

2019 Season:

High School:
Chose to walk-on at Iowa State over an offer from Idaho … three-year starter, throwing for over 7,000 yards and 75 touchdowns to just 17 interceptions …had a 27-6 record as a starter and a three-time team captain … holds every passing record at the school … the No. 103 pro style quarterback nationally according to 247sports … three-time all-region and all-state selection … the 2017 San Tan Region Player of the Year and the 2018 Arizona Varsity Region Offensive Player of the Year …


History:
Larsen is a 2019 Queen Creek High School graduate where he was a three-year varsity starter for football. He had thrown over 7,000 yards and 75 touchdowns to just 17 interceptions, had a 27-6 record. Larsen holds every passing record at the school. Some of his recognitions include, named the No. 103 pro style quarterback nationally according to 247sports, three-time all-region and all-state selection, 2017 San Tan Region Player of the Year, and 2018 Arizona Varsity Region Offensive Player of the Year. After graduating, Larsen chose to walk-on at Iowa State over an offer from Idaho. He chose to redshirt for the 2019 season due to recovery of an injury. He completed 156-of-243 passes (64 pct.) for 2,198 yards and 20 touchdowns despite having his senior season cut short by shoulder surgery,  alo running for 129 yards and two touchdowns. His junior season, he tallied 2,351 passing yards and 30 touchdowns and as a sophomore he threw for over 2,500 yards and 25 touchdowns and lettered in basketball. Larsen was named 2020 Big 12 Academic All-Rookie Team. In the spring of 2021, Larsen transferred to Garden City Community College before coming to Silver City to join the Mustangs.
