Biography

WNMU (2016): Williams burst onto the scene and helped spark the Mustang running attack as a true freshman in 2016. He led the team in carries with 132, yards with 623 and touchdowns with six. He had a long carry of 43 yards and averaged 62.3 yards per attempt. He went for over 100 yards against Midwestern State when he rushed for 146 yards and a touchdown, with a long attempt of 43 yards. He added an 89-yard game against West Texas A&M and two scores. Williams put together a solid receiving game against Tarleton State as he caught five passes for 68 yards and a touchdown, with a long reception of 37 yards. In terms of the Lone Star Conference he ranked seventh in rushing touchdowns, eighth in rushing yards per game and ninth in rushing yards.
