Biography

Ackerley is a freshman with the Mustangs who attended Corona Del Sol High School. At Corona Del Sol, Ackerley participated in football and baseball, where he was nominated for the Ed Doherty award. Ackerley was born on May 20, 2006, and in his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and video games.

Ackerley holds the school record for the most touchdown passes in a game and the most touchdown passes by any player at any NCAA division this season. This includes 34 of 57 for 529 passing yards, with 7 touchdown passes. A 7 touchdown pass is the most in LSC since 2013, and 529 yards in a game is the 3rd best in history.
 
After WNMU, Ackerley aspires to become a sports reporter.
