Coach Robert Rodriguez enters his sixth season with WNMU in 2016 as he will be in charge of the offensive line.

Rodriguez continues to lead one of the top offensive lines and offenses in the country. Despite battling numerous injuries in 2015, the consistency remained the same. WNMU averaged 32.3 points per game, 246 first downs, rushed for 1,497 yards and 20 touchdowns, passed for 3,897 yards and 26 touchdowns. In total WNMU accumulated 5,394 yards and scored 46 touchdowns. Nationally the WNMU offense ranked third in passing yards per game (354.3), 40th in passing yards per completion (13.72), 44th in time of possession (31:18) and seventh in total offense per game (489). In the RMAC the Mustangs were third in third down conversion percentage (40.7), second in first downs, second in passing offense, second in passing yards per completion, third in time of possession and second in total offense per game. Zachary Andrews-Worline was named to the Second-Team All-RMAC squad, as well as the USA College Football All-American Second-Team honors.  

In 2014, the offensive line had a banner year with four players being named All-RMAC in Zayde Khalil, Jacob Costilow, Zachary Andrews-Worline and Michael Coe. Offensive records were set across the board for the Mustangs setting  team set school records for offense in a season, scoring the most points (377) and gaining the most yards (5,606) in WNMU’s documented history. In 2014 WNMU may have been the most balanced offense in the country. The Mustangs were the only team in the country who passed for over 3,600 yards and rushed for over 1,980 yards. The offense was ranked 9th in the nation in total offense averaging over 500 yards a game (509.6), 10th nationally for yards per game passing (329.4), 2nd in the RMAC in points per game (34.3), 18th nationally and 2nd in the RMAC in time of possession per game (35:20), 17th nationally in first downs (288), and gave up the least amount of sacks in the RMAC (1.36) per game. The line also led the way for RMAC Offensive Freshman of the Year running back Marques Rodgers. 


In 2013, the offense tallied 1,144 yards rushing and 2,880 yards passing and scoring 35 total touchdowns (26 passing). Left tackle Michael Coe was named Second-Team All-RMAC after playing every game along the offensive line.

In 2012, the offense threw for 3,335 yards and rushed for another 1,503 racking up 43 touchdowns. The offense rolled up a pair of 54-point games in wins on the road against Sul Ross and Colorado Mines. Michael Coe earned Third-Team All-RMAC honors.
