During that time his team won the Bavarian State Championship (2009), runner-up (2010) and semi-finalist (2012).

Other experiences included time with clinics and internships with the Mailand NFL Coaches Clinic (2011), Cincinnati Bengals (2013), Cincinnati Bearcats (2013), Detroit Warren Mott High School (2013) and Buffalo Bills (2014). While in Germany he was on several coaching clinics that included Bavarian Coaches Convention (2010-11), Jim Mcnally Pro Clinic (2012), Lee Rowland Clinic Swarco Raiders (2012), Baden-Wurttemberg Coaches Convention as speaker (2015) and Playmakers Camp Coach and speaker in Landsburg (2016).

Coach Kremser has ties to WNMU as he worked with former assistant coach Ben Hammer.
