Coach Corey Sullivan enters his first season on the WNMU coaching staff in charge of wide receivers for the 2015 season.

Prior to arriving in Silver City, Coach Sullivan spent time as the wide receivers coach at ASA Miami Junior College. Before that stop, he spent several years coaching at the collegiate level.

From 2009-2012 he served as offensive coordinator/wide receivers coach at Virginia State University. He helped lead VSU to a Northern Division Title in 2010, which was the schools first since 1996.

Before starting at VSU he was the offensive coordinator/wide receivers coach at Hampton University from 2005-2008. As wide receivers coach in 2005, Hampton finished the regular season 11-0 and a No. 1 seed in the FCS playoffs. The team went on to claim the 2005 Black College National Championship. The team collected MEAC Championships in both 2005 and 2006. In his first stint as offensive coordinator in 2007, Hampton led the MEAC in scoring offense (30 ppg), passing offense (220 ypg) and red zone scoring (83 percent). He coached several wide receivers that were selected as NFL free agents including Marquay McDaniel (Denver Broncos) currently with the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL, Onrea Jones (Indianapolis Colts), Derrick Faulkner (Philadelphia Eagles) and Justin Brown (Arizona Cardinals).

During his playing career at Tennessee State University, he was a standout wide receiver being named to the All-Ohio Valley Conference Team in 1998 and 1999, helping lead the team to OVC titles in both of those years as well. In 2000, he was selected as an NFL free agent wide receiver with the Buffalo Bills.

Coach Sullivan was a high school quarterback at Miami Killian Senior High School in Miami, Fla., under coach Sam Miller.
