2020: COVID year. 

2019: Redshirt year. 

2018: Duran III completed his sophomore year with the Mustangs. 

2017: Duran III completed his freshman year with the Mustangs.


History:
Duran III is a 2017 La Mirada High School graduate and was a strong member for the school's football program. At La Mirada, Duan III earned, Player of the Week against Bosco and Mater Dei, won the 2015 CIF State Championship, and attended the 2016 CIF Championship. In 2016, Duran III had a total of 54 tackles, five sacks, and four quarterback hurries.

Family: Iris and Angel Duran Jr. (Mother & Father), Crystal and Matthew (Sister & Brother)
Hobbies: playing video games, watching movies, pick-up basketball, listening to music, and collecting shoes
Fun Fact: Duran III is left-handed and is the first in his family to play sports in college. 
Awards at WNMU: 2021 Spring, Presidents List, 2021 Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll, and 2021 Football Mustang Challenge Champs
Aspirations: Duran III wishes to become a correctional officer for fours years and then apply to an agency upon graduating from WNMU.
