2021 Season:
Melendez played in six of eleven games for WNMU in the 2021 season. Finished off the season with a total of 15.0 tackles, including 8.0 solo … with 3.0 tackles for loss. v.s N.M. Highlands (Nov. 20) had a season high of 5.0 solo tackles. Was named a team captian for 2021 season.

2020 Season:
Melendez played in the only spring football game against UT Permian Basin. Melendez had 1.0 tackles in the game.

2019 Season:
