Biography

High School: Helped lead team to a 10-1 season during senior year. He was also a state champion wrestler.

WNMU (2015): Mowat competed in five games along the offensive line, as he started a stretch from the Fort Lewis game, until the Adams State game on the O-Line. He helped the offense to 1,497 rushing yards, 20 rushing touchdowns, 3,897 passing yards, 26 passing scores and 5,394 yards of total offense.

WNMU (2016): Mowat tallied 30 tackles, 12 solo, along with 2.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries all while playing in just seven games. He posted a season-high nine tackles against Eastern New Mexico, with four coming solo. Mowat also had two seven tackles performances against Fort Lewis and Angelo State. He collected sacks against Fort Lewis and Oklahoma Panhandle State.
