Biography

WNMU (2016): Grigsby helped the Mustangs all over the field in his first season as a true freshman. He played in all 11 games tallying 28 tackles, 18 solo, along with a tackle for loss, four passes defended and a fumble recovery. He added 18 kick returns for 426 yards, averaging 23.7 per return and a long of 36 yards. He ranked third in the Lone Star Conference and 68th nationally in kickoff return average, seventh and 41st nationally in fumbles recovered and fourth in combined kick return yards. Grigsby tallied six tackles against Texas A&M-Kingsville and returned six kickoffs for 165 yards against Fort Lewis, where he had his high return of 36 yards. He also returned four kicks for 94 yards versus Eastern New Mexico.
