WNMU (2013-14): Castrillo played in 23 games, starting 20. He led the Mustangs in points per game (12.9), rebounds per game (6.4), blocks (17), field goals (120), while adding 11 steals, 11 assists in 27.2 minutes per contest. He scored a season-high 23 points against Black Hills State. He scored 10 or more points in 15 games. He reached a high in rebounds of 13 versus New Mexico Highlands, he also had a double-double that game with 17 points. Castrillo posted two other double-doubles against Colorado School of Mines (11-11) and UC-Colorado Springs (11-14).

MC: Played two seasons at Merritt College out in the San Francisco bay area. He helped Merritt to an 18-13 season this year, as they advanced to the Final Four of the State Playoffs. Castrillo averaged 6.9 points and 5.5 rebounds.
