Western New Mexico University Athletics

High School: Versatile athlete that played both offensive and defensive line. Was named team MVP as a senior and was named to the First-Team All-Avocado League and All-County Offensive Tackle. He was named All-Avocado League for his defensive line play as a junior and joins fellow Carlsbad alum Brent Courtney on roster. He was a C.I.F. finalist in shot put as a junior.

WNMU (2012): Solid first season with the Mustangs being named to the All-RMAC Third-Team Offense along the offensive line. He started each game helping the team rush for 1,503 yards and 16 touchdowns, while throwing for 3,335 yards and 27 scores.

WNMU (2013): A fixture along the offensive line starting at left tackle. He was named to the All-RMAC Second-Team following his stellar campaign. Helped the offense pile up 1,144 rushing yards and 2,880 passing yards and 35 total touchdowns.

WNMU (2014): Named to the Preseason Beyond Sports Network RMAC Team. In addition, he was named to the All-RMAC Second-Team after starting every game along the offensive line. He helped block for a record-setting offensive season as the team amassed 5,606 yards, the best in program history since 1992-93. In terms of NCAA national rankings the Mustangs finished: ninth in total offense per game (509.6), 10th in passing offense per game (329.4), sixth in first downs (288) and 20thin time of possession (32:50).
