Mustangs Wrap Up 2024 Season against Oklahoma Christian.

Edmond, OK – WNMU faced Oklahoma Christian Eagles one more time to finish up the final series of the 2024 season. The Eagles would take the win 0-5.

 

GAME 3:

 

The Mustangs finished against the Eagles left scoreless in 7 innings played.

 

WNMU' top moments came from a double to left field from Ramona Fossum (Mescalero, NM/Mescalero Apache HS), a single up the middle from Adlai Alvidrez (El Paso, TX/Americas HS) in the 5th inning, and another single for the Mustangs from Nichole Armijo (Mesa, AZ/Red Mountain HS) in the 7th inning. 

 

The eagles would score on the Mustangs in just two innings, 1 run in the 2nd inning and 4 runs in the 5th inning.

 

WNMU's Notable Hitters Included:

 

Adlai Alvidrez (El Paso, TX/Americas HS), 1-for-2.

 

Ramona Fossum (Mescalero, NM/Mescalero Apache HS), 1-for-3.
