The Mustangs made the trip to Fort Smith, Arkansas and Lawton, Oklahoma for the final road series of the season. The Lions of UAFS went toe to toe with the Mustangs, coming from behind in nearly every set to take a 3-1 victory. WNMU led in almost every category, but committed a few too many errors in the loss.
WNMU would bounce back with straight set win over the Cameron Aggies on night two, hitting an impressive .423 while holding their opponents to a .112 clip. Bria Augustine's (Bell Flower, CA/Mayfair High School) sixth consecutive double-double put her at 195 kills on the season and third on the team in digs at 162.
