Volleyball Victorious at Cameron

Lawton, OK -- The Mustangs got back into the win column this afternoon defeating the Cameron Aggies 3-1 (25-22, 24-26, 25-18, 25-18.) 

Despite the Aggies finishing the match with an astounding 16 total team blocks, the Mustangs led in all other categories out digging the Aggies 72-65, 57-40 in kills, and 53-39 in assists. 

Bria Augustine (Bell Flower, CA/Mayfair High School) set a new career high, finishing the match with 24 kills on 53 attempts with only 8 errors to hit .302. Erin Moss (Kailua, HI/University Laboratory School) also contributed 16 kills, hitting .137 in the win. 

Sarah Campoli (Weatherford, TX/Azle High School) and Madelynn Culp (Vancouver, WA/Union High School) contributed 22 and 24 assists respectively, each adding an ace to the team's total of five. 

Gabi Lau (Kailua, HI/University Laboratory School) added 23 digs in the win, bringing her total to 428 on the season. 

The Mustangs will return home for a mid-week matchup against in-state rival Eastern New Mexico on Tuesday at 6 p.m. on Drag's Court.
