Coach Campos returned to WNMU in 2002 to help lead the cross country team with a wealth of experience and a table full of impressive accomplishments, both as a runner and as a coach.

Coach Campos served as an assistant for his first two years and moved up to the top spot after a change in staff.

Having coached distance running since 1995, Coach Campos has worked with many distance runners and his charges have brought his technique to a variety of venues with great success, including professional distance runners based out of Mexico from 1995-2001.

Campos' athletes have campaigned in the World Cross Country Championships in Cape Town, South Africa, World Track and Field Championship in Seville, Spain.

Coach Campos is a 1996 graduate of WNMU and was a member the cross country team in 1994.
