Verrill paced both the defense and the offense for the Lady Mustangs in the past three games this week as she went for 17 blocks and 21 kills. She added six solo blocks and averaged 1.70 blocks and 2.10 kills per set. In addition, she had an assist, a service ace and six digs. Verrill tallied nine blocks, with two solo, along with nine kills in the 3-1 win over Midwestern State. She added seven kills and four blocks, with three solo, in the 3-0 win over Cameron and then finished the week with five kills and four blocks against West Texas A&M.
