Rich was named the Women's Senior Student-Athlete of the Year. Rich made an impact right away her first season in 2013, as the Lady Mustangs made it to the South Central Regional in Canyon, Texas. From that point on, she continued to lead WNMU in several categories and help the volleyball program continue to be one of the top in the region. For her career she compiled 827 kills and 412 blocks. She went for at least 200 kills in three seasons and had at least 94 blocks in three years as well. Just this past season she was named to the AVCA South Central Region Team, Second-Team D2CCA South Central Region, LSC Defensive Player of the Year, LSC First-Team and LSC All-Academic honors. During her senior year, she set career-highs in both kills (238) and blocks (138). She accounted for 324 points on the season and led the LSC in total blocks and blocks per set (1.19). She ranked 14th and 23rd nationally in both categories. Rich was fifth in the conference and 89th nationally in hitting percentage (.314). Her junior year she tallied 94 blocks, 209 kills and averaged 2.79 points per set. She was named to the All-RMAC Academic First-Team and All-RMAC Second-Team. As a sophomore she posted 170 kills and 95 blocks, recording 10 or more kills in five matches with a high of 12. Rich started her string of three straight seasons of landing on the academic teams as she took home All-RMAC honor roll accolades. In helping WNMU to the regional tournament as a freshman she tallied 85 blocks, 210 kills and 14 digs in 99 sets. Rich helped the team to 68 wins during her four-year career. She currently holds a 3.75 GPA.
