It didn’t take Rojas long to make an impact this spring as in just the second race he set the new program record in the 1500 meter clocking a time of 4:00.29. Not only that, he ended up finishing second out of 17 runners at the Distance in the Dark meet that took place in Scottsdale, Ariz.
