Wetton came on strong at the St. Mary’s Invitational, saving his best for last tallying birdies on two of his final three holes for his final round 70. He also added a birdies on hole 17 and came away with 14 pars. Coupled with his first round 75 he finished with a 145 to tie for fourth with teammates freshmen Gonzalo Pan De Soraluce and Pedro De La Vega. Wetton tied for second in par-three scoring (2.88) and led the team in par-four (4.05) and tied for the second-most pars with 27.
