Shone was strong once again in the circle for the Lady Mustangs going 2-1 in three appearances, starting two and also posting two complete games. She compiled a 2.68 ERA in 15.2 innings and added eight strikeouts and allowed just six earned runs. She started the series with a seven inning gem giving up just two earned runs in the 5-2 victory. She pitched in both games Sunday, coming on in relief in the second game getting out of a bases loaded jam allowing just one run in helping the Lady Mustangs to the win in extra innings. She logged two innings in that game allowing just a hit and no runs.
