Verrill hit not only a WNMU single match high of .765 against Adams State, it was also the RMAC match high for the season this past weekend. In that match, she connected on 13 kills to zero errors in 17 chances in four sets. Her 13 kills in four sets was also a high for WNMU this season. In addition, she was a force at the net on defense coming away with nine total blocks for the week, with six coming against the Grizzlies. Of those blocks, three were solo. She was an honorable mention for RMAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week.
