Junior Barbara Soranzo had a solid opening weekend with the Lady Mustangs. She was named to the Angelo State All-Tournament Team after recording 58 digs in the four matches. Over the course of all five matches this week she compiled 71 digs, with a high of 17 against nationally-ranked Angelo State. She had at least 10 digs in every match. In addition she added 20 kills, six assists, and nine service aces.
