WNMU Men's Senior Student-Athlete of the Year
Rodrigo Almeida was named both the RMAC Academic and Player of the Year, as well as the ITA South Central Senior Player of the Year after going 14-5 in singles play, all at the top slot posting a 7-0 RMAC record. He added a 13-7 doubles mark with 12 coming at the top flight and went 5-0 in doubles action during the RMAC regular season as he was named to the First-Team doubles with Jean-Laurent Pageault. He has been named RMAC Player of the Week three times and collected big victories over CMU's Jordan Lyden (twice), Micahel Tymkiw (Fresno Pacific) and Josh Graetz (Metro St.). He finished the season on a 10-match winning streak and is ranked 39^th in the nation and second in the region. He helped lead WNMU to their fifth straight RMAC regular season and Tournament titles earlier in April. He holds a 3.49 GPA and is majoring in movement sciences K-12 and a minor in coaching . Almeida concluded his four-year career with the Mustangs tallying 61 singles victories.
