David Metz helped pace the WNMU men’s golf team to their third runner-up finish of the fall season this week as the team ended up two-strokes off first at the Bruce Williams Memorial Invite. The senior from Tucson finished four-strokes off the lead placing in a tie for third with a 216. He fired a second-round 70 for his best round of the Invite. The week before at the RMAC #2, Metz again set the tone for the Mustangs as he grabbed fifth with a 218.
