Suarez posted a career-high 23 points in the conference opening win over Colorado Mines (W, 77-66). He shot well from the fi eld (6-of-

12), including a 2-for-5 eff ort from downtown. He nearly posted a perfect free throw percentage (9-of-10), while also leading the team

in assists with nine and steals with two. He was second on the team in scoring the following night in the win over Colorado Christian

with 15 points. He was solid from the fi eld (4-of-6) and generated free throw opportunities going 6-for-8. His fi ve assists led the team,

while adding two steals. In addition, he averaged 35.5 minutes in the two games which also led the team.
