Freshman Ganna Tiurina was named RMAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week Wednesday.

Tiurina cruised in her singles matchup at the top flight against CSU-Pueblo, defeating Nicole Pilot, 6-0, 6-0. She also won the No. 1 doubles match with teammate Nikolina Vukadin, 8-0. Tiurina has played No. 1 in both singles and doubles in every match this season. The freshman holds a 7-6 singles record and 5-8 doubles mark. She is currently ranked fourth in the region in singles and seventh in doubles.
