Senior Audra Major (Socorro, NM, Socorro High School, Midland Community College) led all scorers with 25 points against N.M. Highlands, including 7 of 8 from the charity stripe on Thursday in a 69-62 win. In the close loss against CSU-Pueblo, Major had 22 of the team’s point. Ten of Major’s points came from the charity stripe. Overall, Major finished the week shooting .484 from the floor and .850 from the free throw line while snagging 5.0 rebounds per game.
