WNMU (2014-15): Saenz saw action in 25 games where he scored 22 points, brought down 32 rebounds and also had two blocks, five steals and made seven field goals in 7.3 minutes per game. He came away with a season-high four points against Colorado Mines and had a high in rebounds with eight against MSU Denver. Both numbers are career-highs.

High School: He was named to the Principal’s Honor Roll with a 3.8 GPA, collected All-State Second-Team and All-Section Second-Team. The team made three state playoff appearances, during senior year advanced to elite eight and he became the all-time rebounder at Benson High. He averaged a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds for his career and during his senior season he averaged 14 points and 13 rebounds. He was strong on the defensive end as he led the state in charges during his junior season.
