Shelby Turner joins the Women's Golf Coaching staff after a stellar career for the Mustangs. Turner played 86 rounds for the Mustangs over her four-stint that saw her average 78.52, the lowest four-year career tally in team history. A product of nearby women's golf powerhouse Deming HS, Turner never missed an event for WNMU and won the Embry Riddle Invitational as a junior. Her career low of 69 came at the Lone Star Conference Championship.Â
   Turner will now focus her considerable talents to coaching and mentoring the younger players while traveling with the team and assisting with the on-course coaching.
