Biography
WNMU (2015): Missed the entire season due to injury. He was named to the All-RMAC Academic Honor Roll squad.
WNMU (2014): Brechtel posted a 10-11 mark in singles, going 5-6 at No. 3, 0-1 at No. 4, 2-2 at No. 5 and 3-2 at No. 6. He collected a 3-2 mark in conference regular season matches. In doubles he added a 7-7 mark with teammates Omar Lopez and Jean-Laurent Pageault. Some of his top wins came against Azusa Pacific and Colorado Mesa (twice). He earned All-RMAC Second-Team honors in singles and Third-Team in doubles.
High School: Won fifth place in the World Championships of youth practice for Olympics in Warsaw. He was the former No. 211 in Europe under 16.
