High School:
Native of Las Vegas, NV, Castillo graduated from Sierra Vista HS in 2022. In the 2021 season, she helped lead her team to an undefeated 14-0 season and was runner up  in the state championship. In her senior season, she played in 85 sets, had 660 assists, 25 aces, 152 digs, 39 blocks, and 154 kills. She would cap off her season with Player of the Year in the Mountain League, was Nevada All-State (4a) First Team, and All-Southern Nevada Second Team.

Major: Psychology
Aspirations: I want to become a sports psychologist, at the collegiate or professional sports level. “Mental health is so important especially in athletes and I know from experience that everyone needs help to guide through hard times,” explains Castillo.

Hobbies: She enjoys going to the gym, getting coffee, shopping, listening to music, baking, playing other sports, and hanging out with friends
