Western New Mexico University Athletics

Darryl Ransom, a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, graduated from WNMU in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Ransom came with a number of other athletes from Indiana to form the “Indiana Connection.”

While at WNMU, Ransom was a member of the All-Conference Team three times and won four RMAC Championships. Furthermore, Ransom started 120 straight games and went to the NAIA National Tournament his junior and senior seasons.
