At the NCAA Men's Tennis Championship banquet Tuesday night, two Mustangs received recognition. Kyle Lynch (Albuquerque, NM, New Mexico Military Institute High School) was named the Player to Watch from the Central Region while Yoeri VanSpeybroeck (Nevele, Belgium, Viy Handels en Sport Institoot) was named the Rookie of the Year for the Central Region.

Lynch finished the season with a 16-6 record while going a perfect 8-0 against RMAC competition. His current win streak at singles is 14. VanSpeybroek was 11-9 overall, finishing out the season winning his last five matches.

The Mustangs play Northwood University in the Sweet 16 Wednesday afternoon.
